Using Your Account / How To Order
Ordering
Payment methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Checks & Money orders. Payments made wtih Checks or Money orders will be shipped approximatly in 10 days, in order to allow sufficent time for funds to clear. No COD shipments.
Reviewing and changing orders
We have designed our web site to provide you a great shopping experience. Once you have selected and added items to the Shopping Bag you can edit the Bag by changing the quantity ordered, returning to the product description, or adding the product to a wish list or favorite list. Any feedback to enhance your shopping experience is welcome and we expect to improve our web site periodically. Sales@PrecisionRacingSystems.com
How to change account information
Accounts are created at checkout time. If you are a new customer you will click on "New User" to create your account. When you need to change information about your account, you will click on the My Account link and enter your e-mail address and password. Here you will be able to change any information about your account.
Backordered items policy
An item is considered a backorder item if we do not have the item in stock, and it is on order with the manufacturer. If an item you ordered is on backorder, we will email you to let you know when we expect the item in our store. If the backorder item is expected within two weeks we will hold the rest of the order and ship the entire order when the backorder item is received. If the order is over $200.00, the standard shipping is free (Contential US shipments only). If the backorder item is expected to arrive after two weeks of order placement, we will send the rest of the order immediately and send the backorder item when we receive it. If the backorder item is expected within two weeks, but you would like the rest of the order sent immediately, the free shipping option (if order is over $200.00) only applies to those specific items shipped. However, if the backorder item was needed for the order to exceed $200.00, the free standard shipping does not apply.

For your protection we require that you enter a credit card verification number for all purchases made with a Visa & MasterCard.

Shipping (tracking and rates)
Ordering an item from Precision Racing Systems? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For domestic delivery in the United States, the shipping cost will be added to your order. International Orders are billed as follows: $20.00 for less than $100.00. $25.00 for orders from $100.01 to $200.00 and $35.00 for orders $200.01 and above. Orders outside the United States may also be subject to local government taxes and tariffs additional to our shipping and handling costs. These may vary from country to country. We suggest you check with your local authorities.
By clicking Your Account and logging in you can view your past orders and current order status.
Returns
Return policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund any non-personalized items you purchased (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, even on personalized items). Although we take pride in our quality control processes, from time to time hand-crafted personalized items could also contain manufacturing or personalization defects other than those inherent to natural woods. These items may also be returned for replacement or full refund at our cost.
If you need to return an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at Returns@PrecisionRacingSystems.com . Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Refunds
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Items that have been personalized to your specific needs, except when the return is a result of our error, as explained above.

Items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, have missing parts, or are not packed in their original package.
Please do not send items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return those items back to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund.
Packaging and sending returns
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. E-mail us at Returns@PrecisionRacingSystems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. With your RMA, we will attach a file with a shipping label and further shipping instructions.
2. Place the items in their original packages. Securely pack the items in a box, along with the packing slip (receipt). It is your choice to use the box the items arrived in.
3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
4. Call the shipper as per the shipping instructions with your RMA number to have your returned pick and shipped to us.
Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Returns Center and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.

When you buy products from Precision Racing Systems, the condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery are guaranteed.
When is a buyer covered by our guarantee?
When the received item was materially different than the one depicted in our website.
When is a product "materially different"?
If a picture has clearly misrepresented the condition or details of an item in a way that affects its value or utility, it is "materially different" and Precision Racing Systems will refund or exchange the product. Please note that this does not extend to cases where you are simply disappointed with an item. At Precision Racing Systems, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we extend a great effort in describing the product as accurately as possible. Precision Racing Systems will ultimately determine material difference at our discretion.

What personal information about customers does Precision Racing Systems obtain?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at Precision Racing Systems. Here are the types of information we obtain:

We also sometimes receive updated delivery and address information from our shippers or other sources so that we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more efficiently.
Does Precision Racing Systems share the information it receives?
No! Information about our customers is an important part of our business. We are not in the business of selling customer information to others.
Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Protection of Precision Racing Systems and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law, protect the rights, property, or safety of Precision Racing Systems, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
How secure is the information about me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide us. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
What information can I access?
